We have a unique surgery set up where each dentist has access to two surgeries. This has two main benefits for patients. It helps keep our costs down and therefore our prices, as it maximises the use of the dentist’s time, and secondly it allows us to fit in same day emergencies.

We are keen to accommodate requests for emergencies and to assist in scheduling we recommend patients contact us at the start of the day.

Weekend Out of Hours Service
The Emergency Dental Service (EDS) can be used by patients of this surgery if they require treatment for pain relief that cannot wait until this practice is next open.

EDS at KINGSTON HOSPITAL
10am to 12 noon on Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays.

Please present to the Thamesdoc reception in the outpatients department at Kingston hospital. You will be directed to the Princess Alexandra Dental Dept. Please note this is an NHS service and normal health service charges apply and therefore you will be charged for any treatment that you receive. If you are entitled to free NHS treatment please take along the appropriate evidence as otherwise you will be expected to pay the charge. Only cash can be used for payment.

Treatment at the EDS is prioritised by clinical need as determined by the clinical staff , so you may be asked to wait while a more urgent case receives treatment.
